This tight end is at the top of his game.
He’s good with his hands, even better with his sexy mouth, and the best at making me forget my own name. His, ahem, stats are perfect.
But I can’t fall for him.
He might be everything I want, all rolled into a glorious package of gridiron god, but there’s one teeny-tiny problem. The vile, loathsome team I’ve spent my entire life hating—my beloved school’s arch-rival?
This guy is their star player.

REVIEW
Rating: 4 Groupie Stars

I have loved this author since I first read one of her books!! I was so excited to get this new book on my kindle! I loved the concept! I live a state that has a big football rivalry between our state schools so it was easily relatable for me!

Kayla was such a Tom boy but she was also very independent! I loved her fire and that she didn’t take crap from anyone! She had a deep love for football and her home team! She was born during a game so her love has been ingrained since birth!

Jay loves playing football, his good at it too. He never expected to met the girl of his dreams at a wedding and he sure never pegged the girl of his dreams to be an Ohio fan. But he can’t stop thinking about her and he wants a chance to get to know her, even though he plays for her favorite teams biggest rival.

I loved the secondary characters in this story!! I hope we can get a novella because I wanted more at the end! I wanted to see their future more!!

It’s hard to get past something that has always been there but Kayla is able to get over who Jay plays for but can her die hard Ohio family?

I loved swoon worthy Jay and the only reason it was only 5 stars for me is the ending! I wished we got more about what their lives were like before the years jump and afterwards. Nevertheless I would 100% recommend this book!

Author Bio

Nikki Sloane landed in graphic design after her careers as a waitress, a screenwriter, and a ballroom dance instructor fell through. For eight years she worked for a design firm in that extremely tall, black, and tiered building in Chicago that went through an unfortunate name change during her time there.
