Dane is a great, emotional, and thought provoking book. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the blurb but it had me intrigued and I knew I had to read it. Leddy had me with the description of Dane:

“Rich, smart, handsome, and selfless.”

I loved the characters, they were so well written and I could feel what they were going through. Dane is the best guy and my heart broke for him many times. All I wanted was to see him happy and see a smile on his gorgeous face. Life can be cruel at times and sometimes things happen at the worst time possible. Eden is a breathe of fresh air. She is good and sweet. She is also beautiful. I don’t want to give anything away about what happens. This bonk is so amazing. It really does make you think and question everything you know about love and life. Does everything really happen for a reason?

This is another wonderfully written book by Ms. Harper. From the first chapter I knew this one was going to take a toll on my emotions. I commend Ms. Harper for taking on some heavy subjects and making me see them from a different perspective. I highly recommend this book. I cannot wait to see what’s next from this author.

Author Bio

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped.

She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.
She is now a mother of three girls, leaving her husband as the only man in a house full of females.

The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.
