This is book 3 in the amazing Condemned series. You need to read the books in order.
I couldn’t wait for this book to come out. The first 2 books have been amazing and I couldn’t wait to continue the journey in Fervent.
The first 2 books were dark, gritty and dangerous reading and I didn’t think things could get anymore messed up, but I was completely wrong. Some how the author has gone all out and pulled off a book that was even more messed up than than the first 2 books. She made the story more crazy, dark, evil and completely wicked that I was flying through the pages wanting to no more and more. I was hooked again and wanted to no exactly where the story was going and what the author had in store for Alex and Rafe.
When i Started Fervent I felt like I had never left Alex and Rafe. I was thrown straight back in to the story and the feeling of living and watch this train wreck right besides them, but having no way of saving the wreck that was about to happen. The story again had so many twists and turns in it that you didn’t have any idea which way the author was going with the story. That’s one of the things that I love most about this whole series. Nothing is predicable!
Gemma James had me hanging on her every word and I really didn’t want the book to end. I was in two minds on whether to rush through the book as fast as I could as I wanted to no everything asap, or whether to read it slower to prolong the story and appreciate the amazing writing, story and really understand what a great mind the author has and how great she is at drawing you in to her story and her characters lives.
Id you’ve read the other 2 books in the series then you no that you need to read the book first hand to experience it all including all the twists and turns and the roller coaster ride of emotions your about to embark on, even the tiniest of information about Fervent would ruin the whole book. All I’ll say though is that this is the best book out of all 3 so far. It was most defiantly worth the wait and I can’t wait until the Vagrant.
This is edge of your seat reading at its very best. I’ve no idea where the author is going to go next with the storyline, but I can’t wait to find out.
